A body chart you can actually mark

Tap a muscle to select it, write against it, draw on it, and turn the figure in 3D. The marks stay where you put them.

Charts that are yours to reword

Three charts ship ready to use. Change the wording, add or remove questions, reorder sections. Records keep the form they were written on, so an old note still reads the way you wrote it.

Intake before they arrive

Send a link. The client fills in their history on their own phone, and their answers are encrypted in the browser to a key only your device holds. They land in the file as a draft record.

Your clients' files never reach our servers

Records live in an encrypted database on the device: SQLCipher on Android, Data Protection on iOS. Your account syncs your profile and your chart templates, and the templates are encrypted before they leave, so we hold ciphertext we cannot open.

Nothing is tracked, sold or shared. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising, no data broker. Data leaves the device when you choose to send it: an export, a signed PDF, or a de-identified copy for teaching.

Paperbark is in public beta

On iPhone and Android. Records live on the device, so keep your own exported backups: health records carry statutory retention periods and this app is not an archive.
